
In our household, Entenmann's products are a big treat. Once a box is opened, it's emptied pretty quickly. Entenmann's also brings back fond memories of my grandmother, so when I eat their products, I get a nice memory of my grandmother as well as a delicious baked good. So I was excited to try out the new Pancake Pockets. These are exactly like what they sound like - very similar to pita bread, but made out of pancakes instead. These pockets come with strawberry, chocolate or maple filling. I chose to buy the Pancake Pockets with strawberry filling because chocolate sounded gross and maple was not available (but if they had had maple, I would have been so on that!). It's really easy to "make" these - just pop them (in the plastic wrapper) in the microwave for 10 seconds and that's plenty of time to make filling nice and gooey but not too hot.
